President and <\/strong>vice president of the Parent Association must be the parents of the students currently enrolled in the Academy.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Establishing a parent service team and setting up an on-duty schedule list\uff1bmaking sure the classrooms are unlocked before each class.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Ringing bells on time.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Inventory of the Association\u2019s belongings and properties.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Assisting students entering classrooms on time.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Calling parent meetings and publishing meeting minutes.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Helping empty trash cans in classrooms and arranging desks\/chairs properly after school.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Maintaining suggestion box(s)\/related website and ensuring efficient, frequent communications between the School and parents.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Helping resolve conflicts during recess.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Providing bell service and securing the service with backup personnel.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Carrying out emergency procedures in event of an accident.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Helping maintain classroom order and ensuring student safety.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Supervising activities during recess for safety.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Reporting the Association\u2019s financial status at end of the school year and proposing new budget for the upcoming school year.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Reminding students not to eat or drink in classrooms.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Planning and hosting fall\/spring picnics and other related activities.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n
